Old Mout Cranberry & Cider is the rather tasty tipple that occurred when our crisp apple cider met its match with a lovely cranberry wine that’s just a little bit tart. It might be love.
Looks: Pale ruby.
Smells: Smells of strawberries, delicate cranberries, rose petals, apple blossom.
Tastes: Upfront cranberry, juicy apples, very summery. Well balanced with a fresh tart finish.
Alcohol %: 5.8% New Zealand
Try it with a platter of cheese, crusty bread, pickles and fresh fruit. It also goes down nicely with barbecued pork and summer salad.
